Why its coming only home screen and timer

Go to gadgetbridge app
Connect your band
On left hand corner there will be three dots
Click on it
Then select first option that is setting
Then if you will scroll down
Then you will be getting device specific setting
Select third option of mi band 3
In that select third option of display items
Select what you want to appear on mi band 3

You can't open the file directly. You need a tool for that.
