I also have the same problem, is there a modified version of Amazfit app ?
I wont use the mi fit app, becouse it wont sync with strava.

You can use Mi HR app:

At the moment it supports up to 1.0.5.55. New versions are coming really soon ...

Install the firmware no lower than 1.0.7.02 using other programs (N & F or MMB) and then use the modified MiFit with the firmware update option disabled. And enjoy the Russian language in the band with the NFC!

Because Modified Mi Fit require change the Maps Api key, in the Modified Mi Fit you use the Maps Api key is maybe not modified.
