I installed many themes many time....and knew everything about to install firmware but this V96 is not installing...can anybody is here who installed V96?

Hey i have one problem that v96 is not updating. I have tried 5 times but not updating. I use notify and fitness app for updating but after counting goes to 100% on app but "couldn't update" shows in mi band 4.
