Hi Mod, Pls be informed that i did upgrade lastest firmware 1.10.21 & function of rejected the calling from heyband works usually. But got otger error, the band display wrong name of contact compared with my Phone. Dont know why, can you check & advised if any with thanks

Hi Mod MagicalUnicorn, I confirmed my band works okay with this feature (reject the calling from the Band) in iPhone. I installed the app from AppStore & it works. But cannot work in android - I am using Mi Mix 2S... Can you pls advise.

I got new upgrade firmware for my band. I did & right now it is 1.5.6.3. do we have new update for hey + app. Thank you

Hi Mod MagicalUnicorn, After the upgrade to new firmware 1.0.9.2, My band can not vibrate when I have the call but it's ok with a message. For sure I enable Call & SMS button on Notifications feature. I don't know this is an error of hardware or software. Pls advise me with thanks

You should ask the salesman who sells the band to support you. He/ She will contact with Chinese to ask the account. This is the way i did
