Cannot install on huawei phone, "signature different from original" error ...What can I do?

As per the below article, ads were there but it was a mistake on Xiaomi side. I will not reinstall it until officially confirmed. Mi Fit 4.0 app update comes with new card-based UI

I installed it, it is full of adds, intrusive, in the middle of main screen. Next step was to uninstall it. Waiting for a modified version without adds. My advice: do not install it at all.

Same issue for me. Huawei phone.
