I thought that the problem with the double notifications had been resolved in a previous Hey+ app version (because it's the app that's sending notifications twice, not problem of the firmware). I read somewhere the app was omitting identical messages and messages like "you have X new messages"...

I tried later to flash custom english resources and now it's almost fine. Just some resources doens't show well, for example when on unlock screen just appears the 'unlock' text and not unlock arrows like before. Also when pairing device the icons show some glitches, but it's perfectly usable.

Also my bracelet come with 1.8.xx english firmware and I updated to 1.10.21 moded english firmware but doesn't fit well with actual resources (I haven't flashed 01_18_2019 resources). I think resources need to be updated to new ones to adapt 1.10.21 firmware.... Any news on that? Could we help...
