Not sure I understand your answer. Restarting does not lose data - I know that. What I want to know is, if I RESET, is it a simple matter to get back up and running in English? (I actually don't care about losing data.)

My bracelet says it is running 1.11.42, and my app says it is running 1.11.42 (Up to Date), but my time is still off by 1 hour. I unpaired/paired, restarted, rebooted. I have not done a reset. Should I? Will I lose everything? Or can I just reinstall the latest app and firmware..

I have the same problem. We had a local time change a couple of weeks ago. My phone changed automatically, but my band is now one hour off. I have tried unpair/pair, reset, synchronization, and I also updated the firmware. Still no change in the time.

This worked fine for me. I live in Canada. I set up an account with just the minimum required balance of about $US 4.00. It then cost only a few cents to receive a code on my temporary Chinese phone number.
