I am on the latest (modified) Mi Fit 4.6.5 and it still claims that 1.0.1.84 is the newest firmware and I should update: To be clear, it does this regardless if the Mi Band is on 1.0.2.14 (latest stable) or 1.0.2.30 (latest beta). Still, it says 1.0.1.84 is the newest.

Today when starting up Mi Fit I received an "update" that put me back on 1.0.1.84. I was on 1.0.2.14 I think. This is with the modded Mi Fit app. Checking for updates says it's up to date. What gives?

Short answer: Yes. Longer answer: I'm quite sure that if the tempered glass is flush with the screen (i.e. there are no air bubbles) then there won't be any water ingress to "eat away" at the adhesive. I've had a non-tempered-glass thin plastic protector and it hasn't peeled due to water, but...
