No. The language is set from the firmware you have installed. The weather notification only are set from mi fit

Go to itechnews.gr and install the upgraded greek version from there. Today will give you about 7 more different displays to choose

From what I see the new version doesn't ask for chinese mobile when you switch accounts. I guess everybody can use it now, only that tries all the times to pair to the device.
