Use official firmware 1.3.0.4 with official Mi Fit 3.4.4. Russian language is supported there.

Mi Fit 3.4.4 installs it automatically. If you have firmware 1.3.0.4 and it works perfectly it means that you already have resources v35.

Then we need to reverse letters in translation. It will be ok then on Mi Band :D

Yes, you will. The new Hungarian firmware (1.3.0.4) will have MM/DD format. Or MM.DD if you want.
