I think it's possible to edit the 3 existing watch faces because you can edit the resources file but if you wanna add more watch faces you have to edit the firmware and that's way harder to do. Maybe @Kirill can do it but I think it's very hard to do.

Yeah, I already installed the firmware and resources before this thread was made. I like the night mode a lot, it works great (I tested it indoor a bit). The only thing that never worked for me is the weather push alert. I never got an alert or notification on the band.

You have to update the resources to v35 just like Kirill said. If you connect to the Mi Fit app, it will automatically install the resources. You can also do it with GadgetBridge.

What do you mean with "my Mi Band 3 is not working"?

I'm not sure, but I think if you install the custom English firmware (English Firmware 1.2.0.8 for Mi Band 3 | Xiaomi Mi Band 3 | GeekDoing) you can set your phone's language to any other language.
