You can't decompile mb4 bin file with mb3 decompiler. You need the modified abt to decompile the bin file. You can check out the tutorial here.

I've tried it before. After a few false attempts, it will displays an option to reset the band.

I don't think there's a way to disable it. It's better if you buy the global version if you don't Alipay feature.
