If you are syncing with MiFit you will loose RTL. To keep it RTL, sync with N&F and change language to Arabic

As I wrote, if you use N&F. In addition, in that version it's forced to Hebrew. If you are using mi fit it will rotate the menus so instead of "צעדים" you will get "םידעצ". If you are using N&F everything work fine. Caller ID won't work with mi fit due to your cell phone language.

Make sure that in "Incoming call" you select "display name" and "display unknown numbers". And you're welcome :)
