No, this resource version is 49, so technically it won't work on firmware that uses v47. But, you can downgrade the resource to v47.:)

It might have some connection issue during the update. Anyway, you shouldn't cancel the update too soon. Wait for a few minutes. If it updates, that's a good sign, but if not, you can start to worry about your band. By the way, what did you use to flash resource?
