If your phone system in English, Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, German, the band will be English, Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, German. If your phone system not in that lanuage, Chinese version will be Chinese only, Global version will be English only.

The current firmware from official is only English and Chinese in it. The apk in this thread with a firmware with English, Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, German. The global version and the Chinese version is using the same firmware.

I just tested again with mi band 4 global version, without any problem. Same as MagicalUnicorn said, before installing, please uninstall the old Mi fit app. After the mi band connect, it will start to install the new firmware.....

I just tested the global version and CN version mi band 4, only two lanuguages in the band, Chinese and English. But dont worry, the firmware will be updated soon to multy-language.
