Found the solution, I've blocked .ads.settings.AdsSettingsActivity via App Manager (privacy app). by unblocking that, app launches normally, app is working and custom settings too.

Hi tried this app (a11 fix) but because it didn't even launch switched to gadgetbridget. Forgot to take log. Is there any solution though? Or can I install and try again without uninstalling GB? Phone is Xiaomi Mi5 with custom A11 AOSP ROM (revengeOS).
