It was tested on 2.3.0.2, just unpair your mi band from Mi Fit( or whatever you use ), then download GadgetBridge, connect mi band to it, and flash the file through it, once it's finished, unpair from GadgetBridge and connect to Mi Fit again. If you need more info, ask me, I will help.

There are series of images in the resources folder, that look like, for example the heart beat animation, and you have to manually draw the animation on each of them.
