TESTED^^.
No we cannot.
I added 2-3 languages in the English language file of .dat
languages- French, Arabic, English(already present)

The results-
In the English file only the English script words can be enabled.
For the French lang. , the words like "é" are not displayed on band as they are not used in Eng. language.
For Arabic, nothing was displayed on band as the English file in the .dat file does not support Arabic

thus I conclude that only one language can be displayed at a time, but yes, we can change the required lang. using notify and fitness app.

if you meant Hindi instead of Indian then you must know that Hindi is not yet available for mi band 4
