Question Cannot pair MB3 after flashing firmware and updating to v35 - "Couldn't pair, restore the band to factory settings and try again"

I've flashed 1.3.0.4 over my MB3, english became permanent.
Then the famous message of "please connect to the app and update" was shown on screen, so i've updated the resources to v35.
Now, after disconnecting the band from Gadgetbridge and installing the Mi Fit that was downloaded from here, I cannot pair the MB3 through Mi Fit.
When trying - it says "Couldn't pair, restore the band to factory settings and try again".
I cannot restore to factory settings (it doesn't allow me).
Tried reactivating GPS and Bluetooth and then pairing - still not successful.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance you guys

Updating: succeed restoring the MB3 to factory settings (problem was that no insert a code(that was shown on MB3 screen) screen popped up at the beginning.
Once it was reset to factory settings(flash wasn't removed, resources stayed the same), the Mi Fit (This website's version that I've downloaded from here) paired the band successfully
