The only thing We have to do is to have the Mi Fit Official or Magical Unicorn's Edit which is very good update!
After we have installed Firmware version that the app recommend,

We download Notiffy & Fitness from Play Store,

we connect to the band--> settings--> update --> from file,

and we choose the file from the download folder.

Bellow I will post the Res of all versions I 've made up to date. You have to choose the correct,
according to your Firmware version.

When installation is complete, we go to Mi Fit app, and set the Language to Russian for the global version!
The file is the same for both versions, Global and Chinese.
For Chinese Version, when we install the file, we choose any of the 2 chinese language.
Now We have Greek language display in Mi Band 5!
