This thread is not for Themes or guides purposes, it can be considered as a sharing and discussing chat box :))
The topic is:" What have you changed so far since started using mi band series ?
Some clues:
+ Exercises ( Do more sports, know walk more a day, run 10000 steps )
+ Health ( More sporty, weight loss, stronger heart and mood )
+ Knowledge ( I learn more about technological and health informations )
+ Target ( Walk 20000 steps regularly / day , Lower resting heart rate, more PAI )

I am not Xiaomi staffs or work at Xiaomi, I create this thread just for a happy field for Mi band users :)
