Question Mi Band 4 - Has anyone got heart rate sharing working?

As per title.

I have a Mi Band 4, mainly using Notify for Mi Band (Pro version, 10.4.2) on Android to sync with it, but have also experimented with the Mi Fit app too. In both, there's a setting to allow third party heart rate sharing with other devices, but I've yet to actually be able to pick up the heart rate in any third party app.

I'd like to use my Mi Band as a HR sensor in Wahoo/Swift as they've got the facility to combine GPS/cadence/wheel-speed when cycling.

Anyone managed it?

I'm running band firmware version v1.0.9.66 if that makes a difference at all.

What have you tried so far?

I've tried rolling back the firmware versions through 1.0.5.66, 1.0.7.76, 1.0.9.26, 1.0.9.48, and 1.0.9.66. Not working on any firmware available for my band

It works with nRF toolbox and Kiox2.
I use Gadgetbridge.
