Mi Band 4 not vibrating

I' ve got a problem with Chinese version. Firmware version 1.0.5.22
My band doesn't vibrate. I tried factory reset and I also tried to use my own vibration and it still doesn't work.
Have I done something wrong or does it somehow has vibration damaged?

Hi, I moved your post because it wasn't related to that review.
You can try to reflash the firmware but I don't think that would fix it. You could have a manufacturing defect so you won't be able to fix it yourself. Contact your seller for a replacement.

Hi! Having the same problem over here. Did you get any solution? Mine is the Global version
