Question Mi Band 4 - random alarms at night

I have installed the custom f/w and use Notify & Fitness and have removed the Mi Fit App.

A week ago I had random alarms at night. I resolved this by switching off all alarms in N&F. That worked till last night, when my Mi Band woke me up again...

What setting am I missing that can cause this alarm???
