Personnally I only use Mi Fit, and Notify and Fitness when I need flash Custom Firmware/Resources on Mi Band 3/4 ^^.

Notify and Fitness is really complete, and some features can be used for free.

Mi Bandage I never tried ^^.

Ive tested many of them. Mi Fit, N&F , Tools & mi band and Alert Brigdge.
N&F and Tools & Mi band helps to not received read notifications repeatly. Alert Bridge and Mi Fit have that issue. N & F has too much features and could be confusing and when Mi Band 4 is disconnected from bluetooth I figured that N & F sometimes lose heart monitoring sync.
Tools & Mi band is pretty limited in comparison with N & F. By Now, i'm using Mi Fit because of heart monitoring sync. In a month I will try N & F in case some upgrade to fix those issues.

Exactly the same approach here too, mi fit day to day notify and fitness to flash fw / res files when needed..
