When I used to get a text i could read it the same as any other notification, now it just says "unread" all the time, i have to read the message on the phone 📱. Is this since the latest update?

mi band 5 doesn't have this feature. the phone doesn't know if you have read the notification on the mi band. This is similar to how clearing the notification's on the mi band don't remove them from the phone.

You can read them but the phone doesnt know if you have read them.

What I mean is all that comes up on the band is "unread" it won't show me the message any more.
