If we will there is a possible way in an Russian forum there is a Latin firmware which can give support for emoticon but it is very risky to flash it because it is in.beta and you may brick your device and if you will flash it you band will change your default language into Latin so no other possible way to get emoticon

Its easy if you use notify and fitness
Open notify and press on message icon on top right. Now on the top you will see do you want emoticons...... Click on it and it asks to install latin firmware which is easy and safe (think so) but its on old firmware 😺

Emoticons are applied using the modified FONT file. This FONT file is always created for a specific firmware. If the FONT file with emoticons was not created for the firmware you are using, you are not lucky.
Emoticon support can be provided by Notify & Fitness, but I have not tried it.

Work perfect. Just do the step and only choose to flash the last one.. Btw, before update.. Your font is 1. Only after update ur font is 3

I can add first download notify and fitness and then go to left menu and then click on settings and go to advanced and scroll and install Latin font
