I think Mi Fit consume less battery than Notify and Fitness.
I use Notify and Fitness only for flash firmware.

Also, it depends of what you want, for a basic usage Mi Fit is already good, but if you want more options you need to use Notify and Fitness.

I bought mi band 3 NFC from AliExpress but the language I got in the band is in Chinese.
Its firware version is 1.6.0.10. Is there any chance I can change it into English?
I am not very technical so expect some simple guidelines to avoid bricking my band.

Install Notify & Fitness.
In the Settings section, you can download the update and download the update to the phone that you want to download to the section that you want to download the file (there are language options available in the above conversations 1.6.0.10).

Thank you for your reply. But the firmware flink says (firmwares-1-5-0-2-mi-band-3-nfc-spanish-turkish-thai.417/) which is not English either.
May be I am wrong? Pls provide me the links... Thanks
