It's happening to me, either.
I can apply English font with GadgetBridge, but not .kj fonts. I tried changing *.kj with *.ft (by simply erasing *.kj), but no use.
@MagicalUnicorn So, you mean:
I have to disassembly the firmware to do what I meant, but it is difficult.
so you gave people easier solution because I don't have to disassembly if my purpose is just translation?
Then.... can you tell me what MB3's processor is? I have to know that if I'm to...
@MagicalUnicorn I now knew how to alter strings in my language. Thanks.
But how about making new tab? In Global firmware there is a word 'firmware by geek doing.com' on info tab. Is it just modifying strings too? You didn't made one?
And what about fonts? Where did you get fonts (and bold fonts?)
@Kiril I'm very sorry for asking this question again.
I found that binwalk shows nothing with this firmware. When I searched on Google, it happens when firmware's entropy is all random(means firmware is encrypted) or it's just bunch of strings.
When I check entropy, I can see that the former is...
I want to know how custom firmware is made. Is it just simply changed Chinese into different languages with hex editor?
Or can it be unarchived?
If it is modified with hex editor, then how can I change image in it?(like battery icon or footprints...etc)
