Hi I think not. The cable is working properly, I even tested the voltage on a montimeter, it’s normal. And also change chargers. It stays that way and takes no load.

Helo everyone! I have a new mi band 3 that came with a problem. I left more than 12 hours in the socket (5v 2a charger) and it hasn't charged 1% yet. I can only pair with the smartphone when charging. Does anyone have a solution ??
