You can try different ones.

Option 1 (safest): if you have Notify & Fitness installed go to Settings > Advanced Modified firmware and check the show emoticons. It will give you the option to download the latin fonts. Option 2: Try to search for Mili_wuhan_ft.zip it is for the Mi Band 3 without NFC but it works.

I solved it. You need to flash the fonts as well. It is not the same as the sources!

Did not work neither. Tried different versions of fw all with correspond resources. Nothing. Keep stuck to connect app to update. Tried with modified Mi Fit also. :(
