I agree with @Rubib - this happens to me as well... Lang set to POLISH to have EN UI with UTF-8 (for hebrew) but Hebrew appears LTR and not RTL. When lang is set to arabic, hebrew (and probably arabic as well ) is RTL - as should be. since POLISH is set for EN UI eith UTF-8 with LRT support -...
