Yes, I am sure that I have 2.3.0.28 and I use only Notify and Fitness also tried to update the watch to the lastest version and flash it but the problem persists

After I installed it, the watch said 'connect to the app to update' so I opened Mi fit, the watch updated its resources back to original. Is it my fault?
