There is a type of training that involves cycles of effort and rest. For example, 40 seconds of effort and 20 seconds of rest, repeated a certain number of times. This type of training is commonly called HIIT. The Band 7 has a HIIT training mode, but it is not configurable. I found that the jump rope training mode has the configurations I’m looking for. Is this a mistake? Is there any other type of cycle training that is configurable? Can a new one be created?
