I installed Hey plus Flash and followed the instructions (the files 0 and 1 where automaticly copied where you said), but the Band is still in chinese. I installed again the app hey plus in English, but the Band is in chinese. Thanks again for everything.

Sorry to disturb you again. I downloaded already what is in the thread, it appers a folders called 1.1.1.2 with Hey Plus applications in different lenguages, but not Hey Plus Flash. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Where can I find "Hey Plus- Flash" to install? I downloaded what I show you in the image attached. Thank you for your help and time.

Thank you for your answer. I installed again the last Version of the application (1.1.1.2) with Firmware 1.6.15. I click settings, Firmware Version, but nothing happens. Thank you for your help.

Hello! How can I do the step "start the update"? I go to "settings", "Firmware version" (There's only letters in chinese), I "turn of the bluetooth", and then I don't recieve any error messsage. Thank you!
