I've done that and nothing. The Band is not recognized by any smartphone, or app. They seek and do not find it.

Good morning. How can I install the official version of Band 3 without being connected to BT or APP connectivity? This is because no APP detects my Band and smartphones, either. So I can't do any software update by APP.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've done this more than once, I've tried on other smartphones and computers, and they don't recognize Mi Band 3. I needed to know how to reset the operating system via the connection cable to the computer, since it is the only thing that it recognizes and even loads.
