Resources can't brick your Mi Band 3. Have you used Gadgetbridge or Notify and Fitness for flash Resources ?
By "brick" you mean your Mi Band 3 shutdown after installation and never rebooted ?
By the way Mi Band 3 not reboot when you flash Resources, so I don't understand how it's possible to brick ^^.
