Question connection loss (phone lost) feature on Mi Band 3

Regarding connection loss notification (or disconnection notification) on Mi Band 3: I know that Mi theXiaomi answer is (Hardware does not support this feature), but I noticed that:
When the connection is lost between my phone and my Mi band 3, there is a BT icon in my Miband 3.

My question is, is it possible to use this information (icon appearance) to trig a vibration, by adding this in Mi Band custom firmware ?:


IF Bluetooth icon displayed during "x" seconds THEN

vibrate;
display " connection loss"

End IF
