Question Firmware for displaying Swedish correctly?

I just bought a Mi Band 3, and I'm having some issues with it not correctly showing my messages.
Found this forum googling around a bit and it looks like a thriving community.
Was wondering is there any firmware that is able to display åäö correctly, preferably with English language?

Use this Firmware English Firmware 1.3.0.8 .

I'll give it a try. Question, my device is loaded with 1.5.0.2 now. Is there any special steps I need to take?
