All rights reserved means(here for this thread) that I have the copy right permission to use York resources as a base for my theme

You, like all of us, don't have Huami permission to modify Resources (and other things), so no no right .

Say "all rights reserved" is fully unecessary, if someone want use our work without any ask and without any credit he/she can (I don't advise to try, guys who tried already know what happen, and not only on GeekDoing ).

By the way there is no problem if someone use your/mine/other work and add credits, add "All rights reserved" will change nothing about that .
