Your band must be already updated to fw 1.0.6.24
If not, please update first using any Mi Fit 4.0.11 (custom or official)

MB4_v65_GR_res.pack.bin.zip
(last ver: 25 Oct 19)

Then download, unzip and flash resources v62 MB4_v65_GR_res.pack.bin with
Notify & Fitness v8.9.8 (or newer).
Last step, change band language to Russian in Notify & Fitness or any other app like Mi band Master

Spoiler: Notify & Fitness (setting band language)

All strings are translated, but few messages are coming from firmware and will be untranslated like:

Updating…
Updated successfully
Couldn't update
Syncing…
Synced successfully
Couldn't sync
Connect to MI Fit to update again
Fully charged
Pair the phone?
Paired successfully
