i have mi band 3 battery drain problem can someone help me

Do you have Heart rate detection to automatic every minute? Maybe you have a faulty battery, too.
If possible try pairing your band to another phone with default settings on mi fit for a couple days and see what happens.

I tried but nothing happened

If you paired it with another phone, default settings on Mi Fit and it still empties in 1 day, then unfortunately something must be wrong with your device and it's not a software issue. Either your battery is faulty or it somehow has got some power leak. If you have a warranty, it's time you use it I think.
