It's simple... Just download the firmware from geekdoing that you want then install gadgetbridge on you mobile... Then open the firmware file with gadgetbridge... Befor opening connect the band to gadgetbridge... Thanks

I suggest using Notify and Fitness because of all the problems that GadgetBridge gives.
