hey there, i'm using the mi fit version (IOS) and i wanna know if i can update the app and log in my xiaomi account again after that? or when i update the app i need to sync again the mi band? (and lost the watchface stuffs..)

Nothing, if there isn't changelog post like here (Modified Zepp 6.9.0 - All in One | Post #2), it mean there is nothing new, only updated Modified Zepp to latest Official version.
