Question my band disappearing and with touch problem

I have two bracelets mi, one Chinese and one international and a few days I have noticed some faults in mi international band as the touch is failing and the bracelet keeps disappearing all the time, I already changed the firmware, I already changed the smartphone, I already left without battery and nothing, anyone have any solution?
