Question Paring problems

I cannot pair my Mi Band 3 to my phone and to the Mi Fit app after trying to update to English firmware. The band itself just shows the clock and the "no bluetooth" sign. I have already tried the main solutions suggested to me - restarting GPS and Bluetooth and restarting my phone. I unpaired the band when it already was not connected to the phone. The band shows up on Gadgetbridge, but still cannot connect. Would draining the battery help?

I had that same exact problem and the only thing that solved it was draining the battery.
Happened while updating, it stopped mid update and went to the clock screen with no bluetooth sign. Drained the battery for a full day (the screen went off after 12 hours) and everything went like nothing happened
