Dear all,
I have been trying to use Nightwolf's persian language resources for miband 4 from the link below:
Persian/Farsi resources | Xiaomi Mi Band 4 | GeekDoing
But the language kept resetting to default after mi fit synchronized with the band, even while using the modified mi fit app.
So here's a solution Nightwolf suggested that worked for me (may work for other languages too):
(Use modified mi fit app)
1)factory reset the band
2)clear cache and data for both mi fit and notify and fitness apps.
3)re-pair with band in both apps.
4)reinstall resources in notify and fitness (you can first reinstall firmware too just to make sure, but my firmware wasn't changed after factory reset)
5)force the language in both apps to arabic(or your other language)
You must be good to go
Note: make sure to do all the things mentioned in Nightwolf's thread, and if nothing worked try this.
Also I'm not sure of all the stages are needed or not.
I hope it works for you too
Thanks for reading
