Included RES 97(FW 1.0.9,68) & RES 96 for (FW 1.0.9.66) from : Mi Band 5 Port | Mi Band 4 | v93 to v97 .

Make sure to flash the one that suits your FW version

I did that to save time as I use this resource for daily use.. it's awesome....

Important: you have to use the Arabic language as default to get an English interface with Arabic text support.

I found many tutorials on this lovely forum, so I decided to use them and I did it..

Now we got the latest stable firmware with the Arabic support for notifications.
Note: that Arabic is supported by default but the menu will show in Arabic too.
Here it is showing the menu in English and supports the Arabic notifications.

so you get this:
English Menu+ Arabic Support without any 3rd party apps+ emojis
You must use the modified Mi App and disable the online update and enable emojis.

would u explain the order of steps?
just got my global mi band 4 and updated to the latest fw (1.0.9.42).
flashed your 92 res and still arabic charachters show as squares.

Well dont forget to use the moded version of mi fit all in one, disable online update and choose Arabic as the band language.
