There is Fine Font with Chinese supported but not Thai, and Bold Font with Thai supported but not Chinese. You need a custom Font with the two languages supported, but I don't know a custom Font with Chinese and Thai characters.

I tried installing the ft.kj font file for Japanese and Korean, but Gadgetbridge doesn't recognize that file. Could you please help me out?

Well it looks like the date format on the portuguese firmware are the same on both FWs even though I know that they're different comparing their hash.
