Mine is not working? what to do?
The update fails or what?
You need either GadgetBridge or Notify and Fitness. I used Notify and Fitness.
What firmware is your Mi Band on?

my mi3 is now on V2.3.0.2 and the firmware is English Bold
It was tested on 2.3.0.2, just unpair your mi band from Mi Fit( or whatever you use ), then download GadgetBridge, connect mi band to it, and flash the file through it, once it's finished, unpair from GadgetBridge and connect to Mi Fit again. If you need more info, ask me, I will help.

Does anyone know if i can install new firmware using Amaztools app...the app itself claims to be able to install firmwares/resources and fonts!!! I prefer to hear the experts here first... :)

Notify and Fitness works but sometimes fails for me.
Gadgetbridge always works for me if it will connect to the mi band.
They're the two apps recommended here

It will work with notify and fitness easily, as it has 3 methods if one fails try another alternative
Notify and fitness is more convenient than gadgetbridge
